Through the contact form and the chat assistant on our website, we may collect the following personal data:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (if you provide it voluntarily)
  • Company name
  • Messages and queries you send us through the chat

We do not collect sensitive data as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Handling your information or demo request — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Sending you commercial communications about our services — legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Complying with legal obligations — legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

4. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as there is a commercial relationship or an interest in our services, and in any case for the legally required periods. Once the relationship ends, the data will be blocked and deleted in accordance with the applicable regulations.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Your data may be disclosed to the following recipients:

  • Supabase Inc. (database and backend provider) — with servers in the European Union and appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.
  • Google LLC (Gemini AI service, to process chat queries) — with appropriate safeguards through Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not pass your data to third parties for their own commercial purposes without your express consent.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access — know what data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Objection — object to the processing of your data.
  • Portability — receive your data in electronic format.
  • Restriction — ask us to restrict the processing.

You can exercise these rights by writing to equipo@skaicrm.com with the subject "GDPR Rights". You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction. Data is stored on servers located in the European Union, encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
